REFUNDS
Once shipped, tickets may not be refunded for any
reason.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Providing
that the order has not been shipped, a full refund,
less a $25.00 handling / restocking fee, will be issued.
LOST TICKETS
No refund will be issued for lost tickets. Replacement
tickets may be issued by the attraction if the ticket
can be cancelled electronically.
RETURNED TICKETS
Partially used tickets cannot be refunded.
LOST VOUCHERS
No refund will be issued for lost tickets. Replacement
tickets may be issued by the attraction if the ticket
can be cancelled electronically.
RETURNED VOUCHERS
Partially used vouchers cannot be refunded.
All refund
/ cancellations must be submitted in writing, either
via e-mail or fax. Please allow up to 48 hours for
refunds to be processed. Refunds will be issued in
the same form of payment as the original order was
paid. If you have paid with a cashier's check, money
order, or bank draft, your refund will be issued via
company check mailed back with signature confirmation
of receipt. |
